How Loukkos Fruit Market works
A single place for companies to publish what fruit they want to buy from the Loukkos region — and for the growers here to respond.
Why it exists
The Loukkos irrigated perimeter around Larache is one of Morocco's densest zones for avocado and soft fruit. Dozens of exporters, packhouses, freezers and importers source from the same few hundred farms every season, mostly through word of mouth and repeated phone calls. Loukkos Fruit Market turns that into an open marketplace: buyers post a clear specification once, and every qualified grower in the region can see it and respond.
For buyers
- Create a free account and add your company details.
- Post a buy request: product, variety, volume, frequency, quality specs, packaging, delivery location and window, and an optional target price.
- Growers send offers with price, available volume and ready date.
- Accept the offer that fits. Contact details are exchanged and you deal directly — the marketplace doesn't take a cut of the trade.
For growers and cooperatives
- Create a free account and set your role to grower.
- Browse open requests, filter by product, volume and timing.
- Send an offer on any request that matches what you can supply.
- If the buyer accepts, you get their contact details and arrange the rest offline.
Privacy
Buy requests are public so growers can find them — that's the point. Your contact details are not: they are only shared with a counterparty after you accept an offer.
